Answer the Call to Serve

The Guardians are a parish ministry dedicated to helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for all who attend Mass and parish events. Members serve as an attentive presence on campus, assist parishioners when needed, and help ensure a peaceful and caring atmosphere where everyone can worship comfortably.

We are seeking parishioners who are willing to serve with attentiveness, compassion, and a commitment to the well-being of our parish community. Guardians shifts are flexible and may be scheduled around your regular Mass attendance, or at other times if you choose.

Experience in military service, first response, medical care, safety roles, or similar fields is appreciated but not required. A willing heart and a desire to serve our parish community are the most important qualities.

Selection Process & Requirements

Because members of the Guardians serve in a position of trust, all selected volunteers must meet the parish’s Safe Environment requirements. This includes:

• Completion of Safe Environment Training
• Fingerprinting
• Criminal Background Screening
• Compliance with all diocesan and parish policies

Please note that submitting an interest form does not guarantee placement on the team. We are currently seeking a limited number of volunteers and will carefully review all submissions before moving forward with selection. To be good stewards of parish resources, Safe Environment screenings and background checks will only be completed for those individuals selected to continue in the process.
